Welcome!

Great analogy. We're working with a few missing cards, the worthless loan approval, the Draconian appraisal, the bank that plays hard to get and worse, the short sale listings that aren't. Thanks Teresa. Lenn Harley Homefinders.com http://www.homefinders.com
Stu Siegel is a pioneer. The ENeighborhoods reports helped me sell many homes or the past 10 years. When the Internet was an Infant, Stu was there providing critical information in an easily digested format that was very popular with my buyer clients. Much of what I used and continue to use ENeighborhoods for is on the Internet on numerou web sites, but Stu was the first. I'll always remember Stu Siegel as a pioneer. Back in the olden days when Realtor.com was the only game in town, the guys at HomeStore could reach into the cookie jar at will. No more. With the plethora of home listing sites on line, which was their "hook", this company no longer has the market cornered, yet the insiders continue to get caught with their hands in the cookie jar. I wonder if the NAR will ever stop propping these guys up and let the market work?
