Dan is the Co-Founder of W&R Studios and the Creator of Dwellicious. He has been creating technology solutions for the real estate industry since 1993 and is a proven expert at building teams, products, and equity in the form of fast-growth Inc. 500 companies.  He is a current member of the Board of Directors of FBS Data Systems - makers of the FlexMLS system - and a former member of the Board of Directors of the Real Estate Standards Organization - the group in charge of the RETS standard.
