Susan Krancer began her real estate career in 2003 by focusing on sales of homes and land in the Williamsburg area's golf communities. Both innovative and dynamic, she has a reputation as being one of Williamsburg’s top REALTORS®. She markets her services under the name Williamsburg Golf Properties and makes extensive use of the Internet and direct mail.

As a competitive golfer for more than 20 years, Susan has the knowledge to "talk golf" with her buyers who are most interested in comparing the golfing options in our communities. She has competed in the Philadelphia area in local, state, and regional competitions, and she currently has a 10 handicap. She resides in Ford's Colony where she was the Women’s Club Champion in 2003.

Thanks, Robert! I've signed up now, and this seems very cool. Just wondering if they will suck us all in and then start charging for their service. I guess it would still be worth it if they did! The internet opens communication for everybody. It provides all of us with such a powerful communication tool. A new idea or approach can catch on like wildfire. It can make a small company look big, so the little guys can compete extremely well with the big guys. Sooner of later, the consumers will get what they want, and the "big guys" can't fight that and continue to provide the same old services and survive. By Susan KrancerNovember 14, 2008 - 4:51am

Our MLS systems need a mechanism to show TOTAL days on market including past listing days... whether a new broker was involved or not. The buyers want to know how long the property has been on the market in total, not how long it's been on the market this time. We are seeing a significant number of relistings (not 80% like Bill, but likely 50%), and the DOM data shown in the MLS is misleading for the buyers. I guess the problem is how to count the previous days on market. If a listing is on for a year and then off for a a couple of months, would the previous days be included? Certainly, that is info a buyer would want to know about before making an offer. I typically search the MLS and pull out previous days on market for all of the the options that might be of interest to my buyers, but the process is more tedious than it should be.
