Kathy Condon

President & CEO, MLS PIN

Kathy Condon has been in the real estate industry for over 30 years beginning with the Greater Boston Real Estate Board (MLS-1) until it was sold to MLS PIN, in 1998. Condon was then hired as Director of Operations and soon given the title of CEO. Her responsibilities include overseeing MLS PIN operations in its entirety and for ensuring communications to the MLS PIN Board of Directors and Shareholders. Under Condon’s guidance the service’s customer base has grown from 11,000 to approximately 28,000 licensed real estate professionals throughout Massachusetts and parts of Connecticut, New Hampshire and Rhode Island. Revenue has increased by more than 49%, emerging MLS PIN as one of the largest MLS’ in the nation and a leader in the industry. In 2009, MLS PIN will release the next generation of its in-house developed MLS application.

Condon holds a number of NAR certifications and two GBREB Board of Directors service awards. In 1996, she was awarded the NAR Omega Tau Rho medal for outstanding service. Condon served as Vice Chairman and then Chairman of the National FNIS Users Group from 1999-2004. In 2006, she was elected to a position as a Director to the Council of MLSs, and is currently a member of the advisory board for FLIC (Female Leadership Interest Council). She was honored with the Girl Scouts of America “Women of the Year” award, in 2007, and in 2008 was appointed to the Trulia MLS Advisory Board. Ms. Condon is a graduate of Fitchburg State College.
