In this special report, Inman News offers up ranked lists of the most popular and highest-rated real estate-related mobile apps, including mortgage and foreclosure apps, across several platforms -- including those designed for Android, iPhone, iPad and BlackBerry devices.

The app ratings and rankings were sampled from TopAppCharts.com, Apple's App Store, the Android Market site, and the BlackBerry App World site on Tuesday, June 28, 2011.

The apps featured in this report include real estate search portals, mortgage calculators, some tools designed specifically for real estate professionals and investors, and photography aids.

All of the apps featured in this report have received at least five user ratings, and the lists are based on keyword and category searches of the sites listed above. In some cases, applications that were only marginally related to real estate or did not have a business focus were not considered.

The mobile marketplace is filled with business and consumer tools related to real estate, and this report is intended to help identify the ones gaining the most traction among users.
